La semana pasada, el grupo que nos visitó, estuvo aprendiendo de dónde salen los espárragos y, junto con Javier, estuvieron recogiéndolos en la misma esparragera. Nadie se libró de recoger por lo menos uno, faltaría más.
Pero ¡¡sorpresa!!, de repente revuelo entre los chavales: habían visto correr un bicho y no sábían qué era. Tuvimos suerte de verlo y fotografiarlo cuando asustado se escondió debajo del plástico que sirve de resguardo a la esparraguera.
Y aquí está nuestro sapito , que era pequeño, el pobre. Pero no fué este el único animalito que vimos estos días. También corrió una musaraña, una familia de mamá y pequeños ratoncitos…. A todos les gusta el calor que desprende la esparraguera de Beitu en estos días de mayo.
Los programas escolares de este año han podido disfrutar de esta actividad que está dando muchos y muy buenos espárragos. Y si alguien no sabe la receta para cocerlos perfectamente, aquí va:
- Pelarlos muy bien, para quitar la piel y partes duras.
- Poner a cocer agua con sal en una cazuela normal y cuando esté hirviendo, echar los espárragos.
- Dejar cocer 7 minutos a fuego vivo. A continuación cerrar bien la cazuela y separar del fuego.
- Esperar media hora y ya tendréis unos espárragos al dente, blancos y riquísimos.
