El invierno ya está aquí así que, como todos los años, aprovechamos para tomarnos unos días de descanso: el albergue permanecerá cerrado del 20 de diciembre al 12 de enero.
Esto no quiere decir que la finca quede vacía, ya sabéis que en Beire siempre hay tarea por hacer y que, pese a no recibir alberguistas, seguimos podando vides, recogiendo y almacenando sarmientos, echando un ojo a los olivos, realizando inventarios, pintando y reparando las instalaciones… Tiempo de preparación para que cuando llegue la primavera la finca se encuentre en plena forma.
Y entre tanta poda, en los frutales aparecen sorpresas con forma de nido, mirad sino lo que nos dejan los pajaros entre las ramas, previsores ellos.. ¿Volverán cuando mejore el tiempo? Por si acaso, respetamos su trabajo y ahí dejamos el nido, esperando.
Pasad buenas fiestas y hasta el año que viene, que se acerca cargado de novedades.
