Los primeros días de noviembre termina la vendimia para nuestros grupos, no por falta de uva, ya que en estos días quedaba una pequeña y buenísima cantidad, sino porque con los primeros fríos aparecen las grandes bandadas de estorninos que, con el hambre que traen, acaban con cualquier grano de uva que quede en las parras del viñedo.
Así que en un solo día, mejor dicho, en una sola hora pueden limpiar de granos toda la viña, como así ha sido.
Hoy se han ido los chavales de Etxaurren que aunque no han disfrutado de la viña, si lo han hecho de los colores de otoño, del Castillo de Olite, del placer de hacer pan y las veladas nocturnas.
El invierno va viniendo poco a poco y con él, la tranquilidad a BeiTu.
